Bungalow equipped and furnished with care in a green setting, ideally located in the commune of Marin, close to beaches and shops. The owner who occupies the adjacent villa will be able to inform you and advise you about all the activities and hikes offered in Martinique, himself working in leisure activities.

General layout: the bungalow has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds that can be brought together to form a 90 cm bed), 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen and dining room under the covered terrace, garden and swimming pool.
To know: the rooms do not communicate through the interior of the bungalow.
Air conditioning: yes in both bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: cooker with 4-burner hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Living room equipment: flat screen television (MyCanal basic package), ADSL Internet via WIFI.
Various equipment: washing machine, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer and barbecue.
Swimming pool: beautiful swimming pool of 10 m x 5m with child safety alarm. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for you, the owner does not use it during the tenants' presence.
Garden/terrace: fenced garden of 700 m² with numerous tropical plants
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided.
To know: it will not be possible in this rental to organize any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
