About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 75 m² house with swimming pool for rent in "Le Marin", less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a 36 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a sleeping area, a bathroom with bath and a shower room, and a garden of around 40 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels are included, so we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is made up as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 36 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with a bar, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Air-conditioned bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Air-conditioned bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x190)
- A shower room
- A separate WC
- A veranda
Open mezzanine :
- A room with a reading area, a double sofa bed (sleeps two) and a coffee table
- An open-plan sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200) and fan
- A bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron...
The outside area is equipped with :
- An unheated saltwater swimming pool, 7.5 m x 3.5 m, open all year round and secured by a tarpaulin cover and alarm system.
- A beautiful 40 m² garden and 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 15 m² gazebo
The house is ideally located in Le Marin, in a peaceful and secure environment.
A small grocery shop is just 2 minutes' walk from the house.
To access the town centre and local shops by car, allow 10 minutes.

Transportation:
You can park directly in the house's private car park. Outside parking is also available for up to 10 vehicles.
