Experience the ultimate ski getaway at our cozy 800 sqft ski-in/ski-out condo, perfectly situated on the second floor. With direct access to the Shotgun groomed run, you can hit the slopes right from your doorstep!
Living Space
Cozy Fireplace: Unwind after a day on the slopes by the indoor wood-burning fireplace.
Entertainment: Stay entertained with three smart TVs (Living Room: 55`, Bedrooms: 42`). The TV includes cable, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
The condo is located on the 1st floor. To reach it, you`ll need to go up one set of stairs from the garage.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, complete with a wall-mounted thermostat for easy temperature control.
Second Bedroom: Features a versatile setup with a full/twin bunk bed and a twin/twin bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. An air mattress is available upon request for additional sleeping space.
Living Space
Cozy Fireplace: Unwind after a day on the slopes by the indoor wood-burning fireplace.
Entertainment: Stay entertained with three smart TVs (Living Room: 55`, Bedrooms: 42`). The living room TV includes cable, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
Heating & Cooling
Heating: The condo is equipped with baseboard heaters in each room, controlled by a dial, except in the master bedroom, where a wall-mounted thermostat ensures a comfortable night`s sleep. A wall heater in the main living area provides additional warmth—just turn the dial on the unit and let it warm up for a minute.
Cooling: While there is no air conditioning, the mountain air keeps the condo cool and comfortable.
Enjoy a range of shared amenities during your stay, including:
Shared Hot Tub & Sauna: Relax and rejuvenate after a day on the slopes.
Firewood: Conveniently available in the garage for your use.
Patio: Perfect for soaking in the mountain views.
Shared Laundry Area: On-site facilities to keep your gear fresh.
Entertainment Room: Featuring billiards and a pool table for some friendly competition.
4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 6 guests
-Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
-Guests are responsible of bringing their own lighters, lighter fluid, fire starters, or firewood if they wanted to use the indoor fireplace.
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
-When you arrive at building #1 there`s an underground parking garage you`ll park in
- NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

We loved the fireplace and the smell while we stayed and watched movies at night.We loved that we were close to shopping and restaurants near by. Thank you!

We had a great stay! Great, clean and nice place to stay. Walking distance to the lifts and tubing! Would definitely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in what felt like our own little cabin. Loved the decor and cozy feel, kitchen was well stocked, everything was very clean and owners were quick to respond to my questions. Our teens loved the game room and we enjoyed the spa after spending all day skiing. I would highly recommend this cute and cozy cottage to anyone that wants a fun family getaway.
