Welcome to Ocean Serenity House by Atlantic Holiday, your tranquil retreat in Ribeira Brava, Madeira Island. This cozy apartment is perfect for couples, families, or friends, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a single bathroom equipped with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, and all essential utensils, allowing you to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi at 300 Mbps and enjoy entertainment on the TV with a box. Guests have exclusive access to a private jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. For added comfort, the apartment includes a hairdryer, two fans, a baby cot, and a baby chair. Bed linen and towels are provided, and check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00. The property also has a stunning sea-view balcony with a dining table for outdoor meals.
Please note that to access the property, you need to go up about 50 steps on a staircase. While the property doesn’t include private parking, free street parking is available nearby. Excellent restaurants and a supermarket are just a 5 to 10-minute drive away, and a bus stop is conveniently located nearby. Smoking indoors is prohibited.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
