The fully remodeled kitchen includes modern appliances, cooking essentials, and a cozy dining nook. Both bedrooms offer plush queen beds, blackout curtains, and calming beach-inspired decor. The bathroom is bright and clean, featuring a full tub/shower combo and fresh towels.
A full-size sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Guests also have access to a shared laundry room just downstairs.

No kids please (besides infants) due to the floors being rather thin. It can get really loud for guests downstairs. Please be respectful and keep noise to a very very minimum. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! We live in the same building and will know immediately, so don't even try it!!
Any parties or repeated excessive noise complaints by downstairs guests will result in eviction with no refunds.
