Nestled just outside the picturesque hamlet of Kingston, this delightful stone-built cottage offers a perfect retreat surrounded by scenic beauty. Grieves Cottage is fully modernised to the highest standard, ensuring your stay is memorable. Located just under 2 miles from the vibrant seaside town of North Berwick, renowned for its delightful array of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Set amidst rolling countryside and close to the coast, this idyllic property promises a serene escape with easy access to both nature and local amenities.
Sitting Room
This beautiful, bright, and airy room, furnished in soothing tones, offers a haven for relaxation. With its large, comfortable sofas and a cosy log-burning stove, it's the perfect place to unwind. Entertainment needs are taken care of with the large flat-screen TV with Freeview and streaming service. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the cottage.
Kitchen/Dining Room
The spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen is kitted out with all the mod cons for easy self-catering. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. A country-style wooden table comfortably seats up to six guests.

Three stylish bedrooms to choose from, each decorated in a calming palette, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. All the bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs.

The double beds are zip and link, which can be split into 2 x singles. The double beds will be prepared as double unless requested otherwise.

The holiday home includes a luxurious family bathroom with a large bath and a generous walk-in shower. Additionally, a separate contemporary shower room with an expansive walk-in shower enhances the comfort and convenience of this exceptional property.

The cottage features a spacious garden at the rear, perfect for a little al fresco dining on sunny days. Garden furniture is provided.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

This three-bedroom cottage was an absolute delight for our family of five. It’s wonderfully spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathrooms are lovely and generously sized, with excellent showers and a large bath.The kitchen is also very spacious and well equipped with everything we could have needed. There was a fireplace ready to light, which was a lovely touch, although we mainly used the cottage as a place to sleep while visiting family, so we didn’t make full use of the kitchen or fireplace.
