Excellent apartment just 8 km from the airport and close to Itapuã beach! There are 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining and living room and balcony. Gated community with 24-hour concierge. It has a washing machine, fan, SMART TV, WI-FI and a garage for 2 cars.
NOTE:
- For the 4th guest we provide a single mattress
- No pets allowed

The property will be provided with the basic layette kit: a sheet and lining for each bed, blanket or bed cover, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacement, it will be charged separately. Consult us)
You will find on site: soaps, face towel, bathroom floor, toilet paper, sponge and cleaning items. (Replacement of these is at the guest's expense)
