A localização do imóvel é muito boa pra quem quer ficar hospedado em Itapuã, comércio e praia muito perto. O bairro é muito agitado e barulhento, mas embora o imóvel seja muito perto não dá pra ouvir nada que se passa na rua. O Sr. Jorge é uma pessoa muito agradável e faz o que pode para nos deixar bem e confortáveis.
Pelo preço da hospedagem, não tem como fazer reclamação.

A disponibilidade das pessoas que nos atenderam em todos os momentos. Muito solicitos! Ofereceram até para levarmos ao aeroporto por um valor caso não conseguíssemos transporte. Tb colocou 2 toalhas para que pudéssemos tomar um banho.
As instalações são bem simples. Rua barulhenta. Local não parecia muito seguro. Não tem toalhas de banho ou itens de higiene no banheiro.

A praia 🌴 é maravilhosa.. Tem tudo perto. Show a noite.. Tem ponto de ônibus pra várias praias..
Só as tomadas que estava folgadas.. E o micro-ondas que estava sem funcionar, o botão de ligar..
