1st Bedroom: Master Bedroom: Queen bed. Small, private en suite bath with stand up shower.
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed.
3rd Bedroom: Queen bed.
1st Bathroom: Private en suite bath with stand up shower. Located on the 2nd floor
2nd Bathroom: Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath with tub/shower combo. Located on the 2nd Floor
3rd Bathroom: ½ bath located on 1st Floor.

- No events, parties or gatherings of any kind at this property.
- No smoking.
- Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
- Only three (3) cars are allowed parked at this property at any given time. There is one spot in the private lot, one spot in the driveway and one spot in the garage.
Extra Amenities: Please note that this house includes a couple of beach cruisers for our guests to use free of charge. For your convenience, they are stored in the garage

We even provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach toys. Each bedroom is quite spacious with its own very comfortable queen-sized bed. One of the bedrooms even has a desk, it can function as an office if needed.
There is space for 3 cars to park and that includes the 1 car garage.
This is the perfect setting for you and your family and friends to vacation, also great for or corporate rentals. The rental periods are flexible.
PLEASE NOTE: Rental price is nightly and there is a 3-night minimum stay. Discounts are available for longer stays. Rates for Peak season and holidays may be higher.

We loved this townhouse which is only minutes on foot to the beach, was clean and spacious, equipped with beach supplies and towels, and is a great bargain. We’d definitely stay here again.

We have rented in this four condo properties for five years. This is the second time for this rental. They are identical structural units each offering different amenities. We found this unit to be comfortable, close to the beach and very enjoyable outside space. With a new property manager we were able to quickly get help with some initial issues. This home offered walking distance to the beach and town and two parking spaces in their lot. Some of the furniture could use a refresh but on the whole very comfortable. Would rent again if I needed three bedrooms. Close proximity to restaurants,grocery and parks. Orations.

Excellent location for beach access and dining experiences! Safe neighborhood for walking downtown. A few items that I feel should be shared regarding our stay. Host is very quick to respond which was nice. Check-in and out were quick and easy. Cleanliness was not the best. There was a smell in the property, which we were told was from the carpet cleaning. May not be an issue next time. Fan in upstairs bathroom needs the mold cleaned out of it. Fan in lower bathroom has a loud squealing noise. Water dispenser on fridge does not work. Stove is fine but don’t look in the bottom drawer. Needs some cleaning. Beds are very soft. All bedrooms are located upstairs. If you are traveling with older individuals or young children this may not be a recommended property. Staircase may be an issue. Host did supply toilet paper in all bathrooms and paper towel in kitchen. Beach equipment was nice. Overall our family was looking for location over all the bells and whistles. Property seems to be tired but functional.
