Non-secluded ranch-style home, with access to almost 3 acres of property. Located on historic Route 30, Lincoln Highway. Minutes to I-70, I-99, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Small town of Everett minutes away and historic town of Bedford 10 minutes west on Lincoln Highway/Route 30.
Many attractions near or a short drive. Down River golf course is less than 5 minute drive from the property. Omni Bedford Springs Resort, Fort Bedford Park, Bedford Speedway and Old Bedford Village. The Annual Bedford Fall Foliage Festival.
Amish farms and fresh produce in nearby Martinsburg, PA.
Washington DC, Cumberland MD, Altoona, State College, Huntingdon, Somerset, Gettysburg, Hershey, Harrisburg, Lancaster and Pittsburgh all a two and half or less hours' drive.
Raystown Lake, Historic Gettysburg, Hershey Park, Delgrosso Park, Altoona Curve Baseball, Penn State Football, Lincoln and Penns Caverns, Flight 93 National Park, Blue Knob Ski resort, Seven Springs Mountain Resort all local favorites.

Country Estates is well maintained inside and out., and the host responds in a timely manner whenever we had a question. The entire home is very clean with comfortable furniture, and pleasantly decorated with unique decor. All the rooms were clean and well equipped. It's far roomier than a hotel suite, where people can spread out and do their own activities in or outside. The room-appointed A/C and light-fans with remote controls were so nice to use, as each of us could enjoy our own temperature setting. We loved having a kitchen with pots n pans, dishes, utensils and good appliances. It made meals a breeze! While there are TVs in the living room and bedrooms, it was nice to shut the world out, relax and enjoy the table games in the gathering room. And though our family is all adults, we saw multiple indoor and outdoor activities for children. This was so far better than any hotel we've ever stayed in and highly recommend it. Also, make sure to stop at The Igloo on the 30 Bus loop into Everett. They're the best ice cream place with wide variety of choices, including "no sugar added" flavors.

My family had a VERY relaxing time here as we traveled through. The home was clean and tidy (just the way we like it). The rental process was very easy and it was perfect for our short stay!

The property was very clean and well decorated.The coffee bar was a hit. Our biggest complaint was not having central air, it made the house very humid and it had a musty smell.
