"The Lodge" 5BD/5BA, hot tub, pet friendly!

Summary:

Spacious, family friendly, 5BD/5BA w/additional loft sleeping spaces, hot tub, pet friendly! 4 or all wheel drive vehicles suggested. Access the ski resort easily w/the on demand shuttle service. Available for winter rentals only (Nov 1-May 30). Parking for 7 cars.



The Space:

Up to 15 guests can vacation in this spacious, well appointed property. With three king suites, a king guest room, queen guest room and 2 bunk style areas and a total of 5 bathrooms, this property provides plenty of space for groups to spread out. Gather and relax in the expansive great room, complete with gigantic TV, amazing views, pool table, and gas stove. Relax and take in the magnificent view from the hot tub deck.

The first floor houses the living spaces: a kitchen stocked and ready for large groups, a large dining table for group dinners, and comfortable living room with a big TV for watching movies. The primary suite, as well as an additional king suite are located on the 1st floor. Both suites have full baths and the primary has a soaking tub. The primary suite has a dedicated work space in case you have to work during your vacation.

The upstairs has an open loft sleeping area with 3 twin beds (one is a trundle) and a queen futon. A twin bunk alcove is also located on this floor. These areas share a full bath w/tub. A king suite, with ensuite bath is on the second floor. Two additional guest rooms, that share a full bath, one with a king bed, and another with a queen bed are located on the second floor as well.

A two car garage is open for you to park in or store bikes/gear in. A total of 7 vehicles are allowed at this property in the garage and driveway. The driveway is sloped and shaded so 4WD or AWD is necessary in winter months.

A washer and 2 dryers are available for you to use during your stay.

A free on demand shuttle service is available to take you to and from the ski resort which is minutes away.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



We are confident your group with love staying together at "The Lodge" while exploring all that the Crested Butte area has to offer.



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.  Any damage incurred by the pet will be the responsibility of the renter.  



NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur fees as well.



Renters 25 years and older are welcome.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.



Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

Located close to the ski resort, on the recreation path, with free, on demand shuttle service. Easy access to hiking and biking trails in Mt Crested Butte.



Getting Around:

A car is not necessary, but would be helpful. We advise a 4WD or AWD vehicle. There is a free on demand shuttle service in Mt CB to access the ski resort and the free bus to the town of Crested Butte.



Other Things to Note:

There is an outdoor fire pit that will only be available for use when not covered in snow. This will NOT be shoveled or maintained in snowy months for use.
