Full disclosure, I am an owner at Beaver Creek West Condominiums. Unfortunately, my condominium was unavailable so we found this condo through VRBO. We had a very nice stay. The location and amenities are some of the best in Avon. The condo was clean, well kept, and comfortable.

Wonderful stay in Avon and the gondola shuttle picked up right outside the condo! Super convenient without the higher up-the-mountain price tag. Parking was easy as well and we were able to get around to restaurants and grocery stores without much trouble.
The only thing that was tough was the baseboard heaters - only 1 seemed to be adjustable, and we were concerned about using the fireplace so the living room was cooler than we would have liked. But - enough blankets in the closet so we were able to bundle up!

We were in Avon for a work trip and this cozy place was perfect! Clean and cozy, wverything was nice the kitchen was big and had everything to cook and not have to go out, and if you dont want to cook Bob's Place is close by. I will definitely be staying here again.

Unit was clean. Overall it's a bit dated and shows signs of less than involved property manager / owner. Just little things like light bulbs burned out, no Kleenex, etc. Also had an issue with heat being on full blast and unable to control it in the second bedroom. Called the number(s) on the docs in the unit and no one even knew who those people were. We eventually got it sorted out but never did get a call back from anyone. The building is also a bit dated and one of the hot tubs was inoperable while we were there. BUT.. it was one of the least expensive units in the area. You really do get what you paid for. Overall, we were on the slopes majority of the time so not a real deal breaker. Good, basic accomadation.
