CONSTRUCTION DISCLOSURE - The building HOA has contracted a company to repair deck supports on all sides of the building the fall season this year. It should be completed by November. This will effect one of our two decks and may result in construction noise during this time. Repairs will be limited to 8-5 Monday through Friday.

We enjoyed our stay in Avon. We had a small hiccup during check in, but it was taken care quickly and it was clear and efficient to communicate with Randy. Would definitely stay again!

This property/unit contrasts classic ski accommodations with newest access tech! LOVED the real fireplace! -not a lot of them around anymore. And baseboard electric heating has a deeper warmth than fan forced. Updated appliances embedded in classic kitchen cabinets, each bedroom with its own humble bathroom, and hi tech building access with Bluetooth doors and washer/dryer controlled by apps. Bobs and Ticino were great ski town fare, and the walk less than 400 steps!

If I had known the property was under construction with scaffolding and construction workers in the early AM I wouldn’t have stayed there. Also had terrible communication with the property managers which delayed our gaining access to the rental by several hours and the codes we received to get into the garage never worked. As a matter of fact we never were able park our car in the garage the whole time. So my suggestion to anyone, pay a few more dollars and stay in a nice place that has air conditioning which this property did not have.
