Location was amazing. Outdoor space has a beautiful view and a river the kids loved playing in. Home was beautiful great layout for family of 6. A few issues here and there like noise outside of master window that ran all day and night, no net for hot tub to get pine needles out of plus a mat by hot tub would help Could use a ceiling fan in game room for air flow but other than this it's was a great stay.

Great location, just out of Estes Park in a beautiful setting on the water. We enjoyed the foosball table, shuffleboard, hot tub, and played card games on the deck. Great amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms.
