Welcome to The Point at Marshallberg, a serene waterfront retreat on the sound. The recently updated kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with stainless steel appliances and sleek finishes, making meal preparation a delight. The inviting living room offers a cozy space to unwind, with contemporary furnishings and stunning views of the water. This charming property features three spacious bedrooms and 2.5 modern baths, providing ample space and comfort for family and guests. The master bedroom offers a tranquil escape with an en-suite bath and breathtaking views of the water. The second bedroom is generously sized, perfect for guests or children. The third bedroom provides cozy and comfortable accommodations, ensuring everyone has their own restful space. With a private dock perfect for boating and fishing enthusiasts, The Point at Marshallberg is your ideal destination for coastal living, whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a vibrant gathering spot.
BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed and 2 Queen Beds
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
OTHER NOTES:
-Fireplace is for decoration only
-No smoking
-Exterior cameras are for security purposes only
-Boat cannot be bigger than 19 ft
-Dock is shared with the neighbor
-Depending on the tide, a boat can be launched off channel/dock
-3-3.5' at high tide
-2' at low tide

The view from The Point is unparalleled. Absolutely breathtaking. The fishing was incredible. The house is clean with a stocked kitchen. Everything is updated. The Master shower is like a spa experience. There is a boat ramp right across the street that we used to launch our Kayaks (that we rented from Beaufort Paddle. They deliver. Great company!!). George's Takeout is about 6min away and has good pizza & subs. Instacart delivers Harkers Island Ferry is 15-20 min away. Beaufort is 20-25 min away. Perfect location-- close enough but far enough away. We hated to leave!!Pros:ViewFishingRamp accessIndoor and Outdoor living spaceAwesome neighborsCons:Limited water access for swimming (had to kayak to Bell Island or drive to Harkers Island beach to swim)Spotty internet & cell service (T-Mobile)King bed in Master is super high (needed a stool to get in bed)
