The sunsets were beautiful while taking evening walks. The neighborhood was nice and the people friendly. The property was located just down the road from the pier where we fished. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the balconies.
One of my biggest pet peeves is a dirty microwave. And there was one at this property. The toilet wasn't clean and the sheets smelled like smoke. Therefore I don't think they were cleaned from the last group. The house is big and it's alot to clean but just clean the basics. Clean sheets, clean toilet and shower and clean microwave.

Large with nice open layout. Clean inside with all necessary linens and kitchen utensils. Gave a nice welcome gift!
First appearance outside was a little messy due to some landscaping issues but owner had them repaired apparently after we left.
