Designed with comfort and space in mind, this inviting retreat offers three cozy guest bedrooms in addition to a luxurious primary suite—perfect for families or groups traveling together.
The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom, and a double vanity sink, creating a private and relaxing escape after a day on the coast.
High Tider offers plenty of room to gather and entertain both indoors and outdoors. Step outside to enjoy the large yard, ideal for outdoor games and activities, or unwind on the raised deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening conversations. Fire up the propane grill and dine al fresco at the spacious outdoor dining table—ideal for memorable family cookouts under the Carolina sky.
Conveniently located just 1.9 miles (approximately a 3-minute drive) from Cape Pointe Marina, you’ll have quick access to boating, fishing, and waterfront adventures.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 3 Twin Beds, and 1 Sleeper Sofa
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
