Child friendly, beautiful residence "Agriturismo Ca' di Nonni", 400 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 4 apartments in the residence. 100 m from the centre of Pietrabruna, on the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 16 km from the centre of Imperia, in an elevated position on a slope, 9.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 1'000 m2 with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: lounge with TV, fitness room, table football, storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, washing machine (for shared use), bicycle rental. 20 m long steep, narrow motor access.
