Typical Ligurian house with garden, located on the hills of the Riviera of Flowers, 5 km from Dolcedo and 16 km from Imperia Porto Maurizio and beaches. Private garden with barbecue area and magnificent views of the valley and the sea, perfect for outdoor dining on summer evenings. This is a typical Ligurian country house in which the atmosphere of past times is preserved. It consists of a large kitchen and living room on the first floor, the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor. It is an ideal place for nature lovers, for hiking and biking thanks to the numerous trails in the area. For those who travel in larger groups: just a few minutes walk away is also ILL578. A few km from the center of Dolcedo (5 km), not far from Imperia Porto Maurizio and its beaches (16 km), and the picturesque towns of Alassio (43 km), Diano Marina (31 km), Cervo (31 km), Bordighera (52 km). By car you can easily reach the French Riviera: Menton (70 km), Nice (90 km), Montecarlo (77 km). The house is located near the parking lot, but because of the narrow access road, it is advisable to first make sure that it is passable with your own car.
