Eyre House located in Newington is just a walk away from Victoria Park and nearby all of Ballarat's main attractions including Lake Wendouree and Ballarat's CBD.
With three bedrooms, this home has ample space for up to six guests. Two bedrooms feature a queen-size bed, whilst the third bedroom features a double bed. Step into the bedrooms and you'll fall in love with the carefully selected furnishings and ornate fire places.
The living, dining and kitchen area is the perfect place to wind down after a day exploring. The modern kitchen boasts a fridge, stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and more. You'll have everything you need to get started and have a comfortable stay. The living and dining area has ample space for all guests. Sit back and enjoy the artwork or relax in front of the smart TV (aerial does not work, but smart TV Apps such as 9 Play etc do)
Eyre House comes complete with a bathroom with bath and shower, fully-fenced outdoor courtyard plus central heating and air-conditioning for year-round comfort.
