Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Samtens, Bahnhof" 7 km, grass beach 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht.

Sehr ordentliche und saubere Unterkunft, was zu beachten wäre oder schön gewesen wäre, wenn die Heizung angestellt worden wäre (war sehr kalt und naß), sonst sehr zufrieden gewesen. Reisetipps: Überwiegend nur alles mit dem Auto zu erreichen, keine Restaurants am Ort, fehlende Infrastruktur, für Familien mit Kindern gute Möglichkeiten vorhanden (Stralsund Meeresmuseum, Ozeanium, U-Boot, Haus-Dom).Kleinere Spaßbäder Sellin (Jasmund), Rasender Roland;Touristenmeilen Binz, Baabe, Göhren, Stralsund, Sassnitz)Sehr guter Badestrand: ProraKdf-Museum + NVA Prora Rugard Erlebnisdorf, Karl's ErdbeerhofGastronomie in Ferienzeit überfüllt und sehr wenig Angebote (außerhalb der Ballungsgebiete).
