If you are looking for a spacious and quiet place near the fishing port, enjoy the Clos de la Borde, a newly renovated villa, 50 meters from the port of La Cotinière and shops, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 6 (2 beds 160 and 2 beds 90), sheets and towels included.

The above-ground swimming pool is heated from April to September.
The beach is located 400m away, and the supervised beach of Matha is 3 minutes away by bike.
Private access by a pedestrian walkway, 50m from the large parking lot of the port. (large parking lot in the port in the blue zone from 15 June to 15 September, other free parking lots available)
A sea kayak is available.
A bike rental company is located in front of the house.
Pets are allowed by agreement.
During the months of July and August, rental is only from Sunday to Sunday.
