    This was my first time staying here, and I’m so glad I chose this place! I was impressed from the moment I walked through the entrance. The security system is excellent, and the reception area is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and smells wonderful. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was exactly as pictured. We stayed on the 30th floor, and the room was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and completely dust-free. It even smelled lovely! The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen area was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back again!

    Unfortunately, our stay at The Star Grand Hotel Sydney did not meet my expectations of a five-star hotel, particularly in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. The pillows, carpets, and sofa in the living room had unpleasant odors, which made the room feel less fresh and clean than it should have been. In the kitchen area, I also noticed dried food crumbs left behind by previous guests, suggesting that the cleaning had not been carried out thoroughly. Unfortunately, the problem was not limited to our room, as there were also unpleasant odors in the common areas. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better attention to cleanliness, housekeeping, and overall maintenance. While a five-star hotel should offer comfort and luxury, cleanliness is a basic expectation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its housekeeping standards.
