About this house rental
Near Verneuil-sur-Avre, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 130 m² house for rent, which can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers. It features a lovely living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and a 1,300 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- Living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A sleeping area with sofa bed (140x190) adjoining the shower room
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: bedroom with a single bed with a drawer underneath which, when pulled out, transforms into a second 90cm bed and an umbrella bed.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 1,300 m² private and partially fenced garden,Including an outbuilding used as a storeroom and housing all the activities available for the garden (soccer cages, Hammock, inflatable pool, Badminton court).
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Verneuil-sur-Avre, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby...
