About this apartment rental
Beautiful furnished apartment with a warm "holiday home" sea view in Greece on the island of Aegina, 45 minutes by boat from Athens.
It is a F5 of 112m² + 3 balconies + two bathrooms + a Roof terrace of 120m² which offers a total of 212m² of sea view area.
Bright and crossing, it is ideally located in Aegina, an island protected from the wind where the sea is warm, unlike the Cyclades.
This island is only 40 minutes by speed boat (or 1 hour 15 minutes by ferry) from Athens, which is convenient to arrive, or to visit Athens back and forth during the stay between two days of swimming to cool off...
Ideal for family holidays during school holidays, or teleworking (office facing the sea), or organising courses or training courses in winter: in Aegina the climate is so mild that you can swim even in December!
Located 4 minutes walk from the port where the boat arrives from Athens, 2 minutes walk from a beach (deckchair, Sandwich shop, bars and beach restaurants) and 4 minutes walk from a wild beach sheltered by trees and far from any vehicles, at the foot of a protected archaeological site: Colona.
This beach with clay shores is a natural SPA: it offers the possibility to cover yourself entirely in clay and rinse in the sea after drying in the sun.
Fun for children, it gives soft skin and beautiful hair to adults.
The apartment, called "Soul Family", because you will feel at your aunt or grandmother's house, is decorated with typical objects from old Greek houses, to which are added touches of artistic decoration, brought by various artists who have been there.
The price remains moderate due to some constraints (water heater needing to be turned on and off before showers, as in most rentals in Greece, mismatched sheets, irregular bathroom tiles, cupboards loaded with provisions = help yourself, it's like at home! … Etc)
In addition, sheets and towels are provided, as well as toys, beach equipment etc.
This is not an apartment with air and B comfort, but a warm and family apartment, where you will not have the pressure of risking damaging something: the idea is that you feel at home in complete relaxation. If you break a glass it doesn't matter. There are others in the cellar...
The apartment is 112 square meters + 120m² of Rooftop allowing you to contemplate at 180 degrees the sea full face, but also, more exceptionally, the remains of the temple of Apollo and the archaeological site with the magnificent column against the background of the surrounding countryside.PGJyPgPGJyPgPGJyPg
It is an apartment ideally located, through light and exceptional view. There is no equivalent in visual poetry on the island.
The cul-de-sac in which it is located is pedestrian so calm is guaranteed.

The third bedroom overlooks the sea. It is equipped with a balcony, a double bed, a dressing table that can also be used as a desk and a large storage unit.

There are two bathrooms: one is equipped with a toilet, a sink, a bidet, a washing machine and a small window, the other is equipped with a toilet, a sink, a bidet, a bathtub and a large window overlooking a beautiful tree.

Finally, the 120m² Rooftop is equipped with a stone table to have breakfast facing the sunrise, + traditional hammocks and suspended yoga (flying yoga), + several bar tables and many chairs to sit up for up to 20 people!
There is also a garden hose that can be used as a shower when you return from the sea: not overlooked: you can dry naked in the sun...

Very spacious apartment. Well equipped.
The only area that needs improvement is clearer directions to the apartment from the port. Also, actual identifiable characteristics of the building apartment is located in. There was no number on the door.
