Ankora Hotel Prague

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Location was excellent as it was just down the street from public transportation. Heat was very warm and breakfast buffet was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

A nice spacious clean room with good a/c and a very comfortable bed. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Within easy walking distance of the old town and close to public transport network. The only downside was the amount of noise you could hear from the corridor and other rooms. But that was a minor. I would definitely stay here again.

Well located in the Prague 2 district and less than 15 minutes walk from the train station & the centre of Prague (Prague 1) as well as other key sights like legion bridge, Charles bridge & letna park all easily accessible within 30 minutes by feet or even quicker by trans/subway. IP Pavlova is the closest tram and metro station only 2 mins from the hotel. Hotel is well maintained, clean and modern. Doesn’t have kettles - but you can hire for €10 for duration of stay and refunded on your departure. Same approach with iron if needed. Room (Standard double) again looked decent, new furniture, clean however design was a bit off. TV was flat against a wall but impossible to watch tv in bed as it was on the side not facing ahead. Only other downside was no plugs near the bed. There was one near the door. Bathroom was decent again small issue but shower head not positioned great (in a corner near the shower door rather than central or opposite side) but not a holiday ruining issue. Overall good value for money

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ankora. The location was fantastic, in a safe area and only around a 15-minute walk from Old Town Square, making it really easy to explore Prague on foot. We arrived early and the hotel kindly let us leave our luggage in their luggage room before check-in. They also allowed us to leave our bags there after checking out, which was really useful. Our room was a really good size for two people, with comfortable single beds and plenty of space. The breakfast was really good with a nice selection, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only small downside was that there were a few minor stains on some of the bedding, which was a little disappointing, but apart from that everything was perfectly fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and a comfortable room, we would definitely recommend Hotel Ankora for a stay in Prague.
