    I will share both - pros and cons. I wasn't really sure before booking as I had seen mixed reviews. Pros - 1) The owner is really helpful. During my stay the power was out but the owner stayed all night long to ensure that efforts are made to get it back. They paid some bucks from their pocket to get it back as the local authorities are not so prompt to restore the power. 2) Owner will assist you with local information. 3) Room and especially the washroom is new and clean. 4) Hot water is available. 5) AC is comfortable (during power outage, which is more frequent it is of no use). 6) Owner is honest and good at heart. Does not charge extra for anything like water bottle. 7) It is a fairly newly constructed building 8) The location is between River and the Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir. 9) If you can walk at length, I think you won't need a rikshaw. Cons - 1) No lift. If you have someone who cannot climb stairs, be careful. 2) Rooms are too tight, but I think that is the standard in Ayodhya. 3) It is a guest house. Don't expect much from it. 4) Just a large queen size bed with 1-2 feet around it just to get to the other side of the bed. 5) The number on Google will get you through IVR. You won't be able to talk to the owner directly until you visit the place, so it will be difficult to confirm anything beforehand with owner. Agoda chat will help you to get connected to the owner.
