    The building needs a lot of repairs & upgrading. Air conditioner are not cooling & leaking water (dropping water from the air conditioner unit to the floor inside the bed room). The entry door electronic open/lock is not working; the floor tiles are letting, broken tiles - protruding, caused unevenness; breakfast foods lack variety; complimentary coffee sachets are sugary not fit for persons with diabetes; no tea provided; no toothbrush provided.. it should be rated as 1 star…

    1. Breakfast with less choices. 2. Be mindful when walking on the main hall of block A and stairway in front of block B, many of tiles are broken. 3. The card for you to insert to turn on the power was wrapped with dirty and ugly plastic sheet. 4. Block B room 211 first night around 10:30pm with ghost smell passed by.

    Perfect location, close to Hoa Binh Market, and lot of restaurant around, but room was dark, and not quite clean. Found hairs on the pillow and sheet. Not comfortable at all, but not bother to change because we only stay for 1 day. we stayed in building B, we think builing A is better but not quite sure. Breafast is good, the bellman is so nice and helped us with luagages. He should be in the front desk. Vị trí rất tuyệt vời, nằm gần chợ Hòa Bình và xung quanh có rất nhiều nhà hàng; tuy nhiên, phòng ốc lại khá tối và chưa thực sự sạch sẽ. Chúng tôi đã tìm thấy tóc vương trên gối và ga trải giường. Cảm giác lưu trú hoàn toàn không thoải mái, nhưng chúng tôi cũng không bận tâm yêu cầu đổi phòng vì chỉ lưu lại đúng một ngày. Chúng tôi đã ở tại tòa nhà B; chúng tôi đoán rằng tòa nhà A có lẽ tốt hơn, dù không hoàn toàn chắc chắn.
