Fabulous hosts and a great location.

The location was nice and quiet but there is a nice restaurant and Spar close by in walking distance. Roermond is a 10 minutes drive away. Bathroom was great and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Small but nice place. Worth the money.

The place is quiet, just a few km outside of Roermond, easy to find. It has parking on site which is excellent. TV has plenty of national and international channels, including NETFLIX. You had free coffee and tea in the room.

The bathroom is really small and the toilet was not in the room. You had to go downstairs to use it, not very comfortable for elderly people or people with disabilities. However, it was not a big deal for us. Room was small and if you have many luggage there's no space to move around.

Perfect in every way. Stunning property in quiet and lovely surroundings. Mariella and her son were so friendly and welcoming. Would both recommend and use again if we were in the area

Very clean, quiet and comfortable bed.

Would have been great to have some soap and/ or shower amenities in the bathroom. Only a few hangers for clothing in the room so it would be handy for the room to have an extra furniture were the bags can be put onto.

I'd never choose a room without basic facilites. Photos and info on booking.com were misleading

The location is good for the summer and the place is meant to be a summer rental home.

I feel deceived. The information on booking.com was misleading. My reservation promised 1 An en suite bathroom - which my room did have , but there was no toilet. It wasn’t expressly mentioned in the reservation. All the pictures provided by the property were with en suite bathrooms with toilets. The stair to the toilet wasn’t safe to use. The toilet was right next to the public dining area, which gave us no privacy in the morning and which I don’t find very hygienical in the time of COVID. 2 An air conditioner – which the room didn’t have. There was a heater which looked like an artificial fireplace which I didn’t even know how to operate. The room soon got freezing cold so I needed the heater on all the time but it kept turning on and off. 3 A dining area – we had none. In reality there was a hanging shelf with a kettle and a coffee machine. There was no room to boil water safely on the shelf. Not even a small table in the room! My daughter and I ended up boiling water in the bathroom and drinking tea on our laps. We had a horrible night – the light of the electric fireplace-heater kept us awake, the sound was really loud and the hot air into the face felt really unpleasant. The room had been prepaid so in the morning I asked to owner for at least a partial refund. I said that I will either have an agreement with her or will have to do it through booking.com. She took my words as blackmail. Here are her other comments: 1. The absence of the toilet was expressly mentioned on my reservation – It wasn’t! There are no pictures of rooms without an en suite toilet! 2. I cannot expect any luxury conditions for the small some of money I had paid. - It’s a three star bed and breakfast and an en suite toilet and a warm room a hardly luxury. 3. I could have used the dining area to drink tea . – There was a dining area advertised for the room, not for the B and B. 4. Normal people do not use the heater at night and can have a quiet sleep.

Lovely Stay!

We had a lovely stay. The owner and her family were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and super quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Easy to park the car. Close access to Roermond and surroundings. Would definitely lik to return!

Super fijn verblijf in een mooie b&b

De kamer was super schoon. De b&b ligt op een mooie locatie, dichtbij leuke steden. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars. En fijn dat onze kamer een eigen ingang had. Met de auto voor de deur.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Maar misschien wat meer keus in de broodjes.

Uitstekend verblijf: hartelijke ontvangst, schone complete kamer, heerlijk bed

Top verblijf gehad bij deze B&B. De hartelijke, duidelijke ontvangst liet me meteen welkom voelen. De single room was schoon en voorzien van alles wat ik nodig had, en meer. Het privétoilet lag buiten de kamer, maar dit heb ik niet als storend ervaren. De verzorgingsproducten waren een attente extra touch waar ik dankbaar gebruik van heb gemaakt. Het bed lag comfortabel en ik heb heerlijk geslapen. Ook vond ik het een groot pluspunt dat ik kon streamen naar de tv, iets wat lang niet overal mogelijk is. Van het ontbijt heb ik geen gebruik gemaakt, dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen. Kortom: een uitstekend en zorgeloos verblijf dat ik iedereen kan aanraden.

De rustige ligging, zeer ruime kamer, uitstekende badkamer, prima ontbijt.

Wat donkere kamer, in het souterrain. Wel met 3 hoog gesitueerde ramen. Dekbedden vonden we zwaar en te warm.

Für eine Nacht nahe Roermond soweit passend. Mehr Nöchte auf der Matratze wären nichts für meinen Rücken gewesen.

Das Bett bzw. die Matratze ist zu weich … und verrutscht vom Bett. Kein Stuhl auf dem Zimmer. Nicht funktionierende TV-Erklärung. Garten-Bestuhlung vor dem Zimmer nur in Kinderhöhe.

Ruhig, sympathisch, sauber und preiswert. Gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Ein wunderschönes Anwesen in einer traumhaften Gegend. Das Frühstück ist großartig. Schön, daß man sich jederzeit Kaffee oder Tee machen und sich gegen kleines Geld Wein oder Bier aus dem Kühlschrank holen kann.

Ich kam mit der Bahn und da es eine ländliche Umgebung ist, ist die Anbindung entsprechend (nächste Bushaltestelle: 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Hier wäre es besser gewesen mit dem Auto anzureisen. Ich hatte das Einzelzimmer, bei dem die Toilette außerhalb des Zimmers ist. Das hatte ich bei der Buchung nicht gewußt. War zwar nicht toll, aber auch kein sonderliches Problem.
