    Great location! !! Responsive staff, but got a noisy hair dryer and a locked safe in the room when they had us for an early check in. Would recommend it.

    Great location, close to a tram station, making it easy to get around. The room was basic but had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. There is a nightclub downstairs, but I stayed on the 7th floor and the noise didn’t bother me. Overall, I felt safe and had a comfortable stay.

    i booked this hotel 7months ago for a trip to melbourne. it has a nightlcub adjacent that plays music and thumping bass so loud you can feel it lying in your bed, IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. hotel reception make the usual excuses but dont care !! requested to be moved away from noise and was told hotel is booked out (obvious lie) .. DO NOT STAY HERE! NO CARE AT ALL for guests. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
