The location was brilliant although a steep hill to go up and down into the village not great of you have mobility issues
It was slightly dated, the bed squeaked every time you moved. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment but could do with some tongs or a grill handle

Fantastic location about 80 metres from the beach. Porthleven is not as crowded as other summer holiday destinations but has everything you need. I was able to prepare my own meals or walk (400 metres) to a variety of excellent restaurants. So relaxing and the water was beautiful for a swim.
The upstairs guest was very loud on their phone and walking around. Nothing much that can be done about that. It only happened occasionally.

Location is Beautiful
Toilet 🚻 seat was broken, No washing machine, very old bathroom. Owners were friendly and did try to help with washing, but nice to have washing machine Car park was far away.
