New! Kojiya close Haneda AP - Season & Kids House

De locatie is heel erg goed. 3 min van Kojiya treinstation. De trein gaat rechtstreeks naar Haneda Airport in 10 min. De andere richting gaat rechtstreeks naar Asakusa of naar Yokohama afhankelijk welke trein je instapt. In de buurt van het huis zijn verschillende supermarkten en schappelijk geprijsde restaurants. Het huis zelf is groot en ruim en self check-in is heel handig. Het huis zelf heeft alle benodigdheden zoals handdoeken, wasmachine, airco,wc-papier en een keuken met kookgerei.

Het is een wat oudere huis en daardoor slechter geïsoleerd. Wij waren eind april gegaan en in de avond wat frisjes wat je ook voelt in het huisje. Gelukkig is er airco dat ook dient als verwarming. Het is dichtbij een treinstation in waardoor je de treinen hoort. De deuren in de kamers zijn laag en als je net als ik langer dan 180cm bent, moet je bukken en anders stoot je je hoofd. De wasbak van de keuken maakt een hard blikkerig lawaai als je de kraan openzet. Dit kan makkelijk opgelost worden door een ontdreuningsplaat te plakken aan de onderzijde.

立地がとても良く、観光しやすい場所でした。 部屋は清潔感があり、広さも十分で快適に過ごせました。 今回は3家族で宿泊しましたが、人数的にもちょうどよく、みんなでゆったり過ごせたのが良かったです。 おもちゃや本もたくさん用意されていて、子どもたちも飽きることなく楽しんでいました。 また、宿主の方の対応がとても丁寧で、安心して滞在できたのも印象的でした。 家族連れや複数家族での宿泊にとてもおすすめできる施設だと思います。

少し気になった点として、各部屋でエアコンを同時につけるとブレーカーが落ちてしまうことがありました。 また、12月に宿泊したためか、お風呂場が少し寒く感じました。

3 mins walk from the station. Lots of food and restaurants around. Perfect for family.

Google map from the address location provided link in Booking took us to the back street. It looked a bit scary but after we went around the other side of the street we found the entrance of the house. It looks old and runs down from the outside, but the inside is a good home to stay.

We liked the proximity of the property to the train station. Home is well kept and maintained. and in area with lots of markets, although they open after 9 am. The stairs to the 3 bedrooms upstairs was daunting at first but good exercise as we got used to it. Very nice to have 2 toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. Big washer/dryer combo, plenty of drying racks with lots of hangers. AC units throughout the home. Large dining area with table for 6.

A little hard to find, look for it across a dance studio in an alleyway. . After we found it, we noticed the large airbnb sign outside on the second floor. And although THIS IS NOT the fault of the homeowners, we cam home after a day out to a fresh puddle of urine 15 feet away from our entry door. Again, the home is located at the end of an alleyway. You pass many other homeowners to get to the property and the neighbors we came across were not friendly.
