Staff was helpful once they were available. Room was clean and close to the airport.
Extremely noisy neighborhood with loud announcements going on at sunrise. Was difficult to sleep.
Access to house is narrow and car cannot get there. Nobody at reception and the given WhatsApp number was not responding. Have been waiting at reception for about 10 min until someone came up.

The room was very spacious and clean with a nice comfortable bed. The are lots of Warung type eateries within easy walking distance. Excellent value for the price.

very conveniently located ; in 5 min. walking distance to the airport, beach and commercial area. The room and bathroom were very clean, elegant and comfortable. The staff / host were very polite and helpful. I can recommend this to everybody who wants to stay in Kuta. I’d choose this property again if I ever been to Kuta again.

Room was clean and reasonably good value. Close to the airport if you are walking but a little indirect if in a Taxi.
Not too good on cleaning the rooms and replacing the water each day.
