The location was amazing, and the apartment was clean and convenient. It was a nice place to cook a meal.
The hot water in the bathroom only lasted for 1 minute.
The apartment was cold. I sent a message about this, but no one responded. Thank goodness for the extra blanket
Although the check in time said between 11-12, the cleaner came at 11:00. We explained that we had a different time, on our confirmed reservation. Someone then messaged us, insisting that it was at 11am. I explained that the reservation said differently. We did leave shortly before 12 and received a message from them saying “no problem”, after I explained.
