I stayed 7 days, and the apartment itself is great, but its also quite busy on the streets, which has its positives and negatives. The metro is not too far away, getting there is easy, and the security people at the door are friendly. Lots of food stands in streets 5min walks away, also lots of restaurants. The bed is great, nice couch as well, kitchen fully functional.
There are a couple things sensitive people might need to consider: the bathroom smells sometimes, coming from the drain down below. During the day it's quite busy, meaning lots of traffic noise, sirens, people shouting etc. The windows help, but there is a gap, meaning it lets through higher frequencies as well. I got used to it, but something to consider. There are earplugs provided though.

Pristine property. I absolutely enjoyed the views, the bed was huge, comfortable and spacious. Had absolutely everything I needed.
The check in process was a slight issue. They provided me with the wrong code to get into the property, but once we sorted it out it was fine from then onwards. The battery on the self check was dead, so I had a few issues coming in and out, but they replaced it and it was completely fine from then onwards. I would definitely stay again.

O apartamento é muito bonito e novo, bem decorado, amplo e equipado com utensílios de cozinha para quem opta por fazer as próprias refeições. É fornecido tampões de ouvido (necessário para dormir com tranquilidade, pois a cidade é muito barulhenta), sal/pimenta/azeite e chás também. Prédio novo com elevador e portaria/segurança 24h. O bairro é bem servido de restaurante, marcadinho, farmácia e fácil acesso para outros lugares da cidade.
Choveu forte duas vezes e o corredor do prédio, bem perto da porta de entrada ficou alagado, quase entrou água no apartamento. É um ponto de atenção para evitar infiltração.
