Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso in questo B&B. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e accogliente, con un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Il punto di forza, però, è senza dubbio l’ospitalità: i proprietari sono gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti a dare ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare.

It’s really good apartment, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is big and there’s a full kitchen set. It’s far from the center, but there’s bus station close to the apartment. The owner of the house is a really sweet lady. She was really kind with us and available all the time if we have some questions or problems. This is really good place to book, It will be even greater if they make some upgrade to the place!

There’s no jacket hangers (at least we didn’t find them) and we had to hang our jackets on the door handles. They make a street upgrade in the area and in the morning it’s a little noisy, but it’s not that bad. The previous guests had broken the shower cabin in the bathroom. It's not a problem, but the strange thing for us was that there was no siphon outside the shower cabin. Because of this, the water that came out of the shower tray had nowhere to drain and had to be soaked up with a mop/rag that was provided to us by the owner of the place. It's not a very big problem, but this needs to be fixed as soon as possible because it's a big inconvenience.

La amplitud del apartamento, la atención de los anfitriones, siempre pendientes y dispuestos a orientar en lo que fuera necesario. Las camas muy cómodas, habitaciones ventiladas y un plus tener lavadora. Apartamento muy tranquilo en zona céntrica.

Solo algo que mejorar, en cuanto al baño, es necesario que al menos en el plato de ducha tenga una mampara o cortina, para evitar que se derrame tanta agua por fuera a la hora del baño.

Un appartement vraiment spacieux, Le parking sécurisé, Le silence dans l'immeuble, La ligne de bus à proximité.

La douche qui coule à l'extérieur du bac. Le frigo rouillé. Les prises électriques mal fixées. Le compresseur dans la salle de bain qui fait un bruit extrêmement gênant quand on fait couler de l'eau froide ou de l'eau chaude, le jour et la nuit. La serrure de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble qui n'est pas agréable à ouvrir. La literie du côté droit très utilisée. Bref, Plein de choses à améliorer... C'est sur nos six séjours depuis notre départ fin mai, le plus cher par nuit, tout en étant de loin le moins bien entretenu. Je ne comprends pas la demande de maddalena, Nous sommes passés par Abritel pour la gestion des neufs premières étapes de notre séjour en Italie et il y en aura d'autres. Nous savons évaluer sereinement et honnêtement nos séjours. Nous n'avons pas besoin d'une demande de notation forte pour faire plaisir. Nous demandons juste un bon rapport qualité prix.
