La décoration, le jacuzzi, le petit dej dans un bar. Le quartier populaire.

Pas de fenêtres et le matelas manquant de confort. Un peu éloigné du centre avec des bus qui ne sont pas très fiables / horaires. Difficulté à se garer dans la rue.

Logement propre et confortable. Le plus : le jaccuzzi Le petit dej prévu au bar était très bon

La localisation dans un quartier loin du centre : environ 12 mn de voiture Aucune fenêtre donnant sur l exterieur dans le logement.

Good location, comfortable stay.

Keep an eye on your breakfast pairings to avoid a surprise bill. Apparently, filled croissants only pair with regular coffee, and cappuccinos only pair with plain ones: a rule not shared upfront. Exceptional micromanagement over 50 cents a day for a multi-hundred-euro stay.

The apartment as a whole was great.

The communication with the owner. I sent a request that will arrive August 1st 00:00am and if it's ok not to pay for the 31st of July as we basicly we will be arriving late beacause we came in Italy around 23:00pm. The owner aproved this request and when we got there we had no information how to get in our reservation. I tried to reach out to the owner but the communication was slow. She did not know when we were ariving even though we sent a request for a check in from 00:00 - 01:00am and she approved. In the end she let us in but we were charged for an extra night which changed our plans for the trip beacuase it took away 100 euros from our bugdet for the trip. We had no compensation for this. She also only replyed to me in italian even though i do not speak it nor understand it. All in all it was a setback that had a effect on our plan for this trip. Stefan Andonov
