Non era l’appartamento prenotato da noi, ci hanno dato uno più piccolo ed era veramente sporco. Il contatto di riferenza, una signora e sua figlia, due inconpetenti e per nulla professionali. Ci sono rimasti anche debitori in quanto non avevano il resto da dare, non siamo mai stati contattati per i soldi. Abbiamo pagato la cifra di un appartamento e ne abbiamo avuto uno piccolo e sporco. Noi siamo con tre bambini piccoli, e girare così al freddo è stato dawero spiacevole! Non lo consiglio assolutamente!!

Mesto apartmana je na dobrom mestu, blizu galerije. Osoboblje iz recepcije jako ljubazno

Menjanje apartmana kada stignete, kazu vam da je vas rezervisan apartman zauzet i da mozete sutra preci. Jedna cena pise na booking a drugu vam traze u apartmanu, pritom ne vracaju kusur. Za parking isto ne pise da se placa dok vam u apartmanu naplate 15€ po danu. Jako neprofesionalni zaposleni.

Izdat apartman drugoj grupi koja je platila više nakon potvrde smeštaja

Rezervisao sam apartman, potvrdjen mi je smeštaj, nakon 2h sam došao do apartmana da bih tamo saznao da je apartman u međuvremenu rezervisan za drugu grupu zbog toga što su imali više noćenja od nas, pritom mi niko nije javljao nista o njihovoj promeni plana. Ponuđen mi je drugi apartman koji je 50e skuplji... Izuzetno neozbiljno i neodgovorno, morao sam da izgubim pola dana u traženju novog apartmana....

Csalódás volt és rémálom

A bookingot elfeljtette a szállásadó értesíteni, hogy eladták a lakást és nekem se a megfeleő csatornán jelezte. Igy amikor kiértünk ott tudtuk meg, hogy nincs szállásunk. Még jó, hogy voltak segítőkész emberek akik segítségével sikerült találnunk másik szállást, mert a szállásadó még ebben se segített.
