Cleanliness, friendly staff. Good location

Breakfast was slightly lacking for Western tastes but not a big deal.

Staff was friendly although they don't speak much english. Whole property is well designed and japan themed. Triple room was spacious and clean, the shower and toilet are separated but the shower tiles can be a little slippery, just be careful. Bed mattress was very comfortable and firm, only one pillow was provided but when I requested for additional pillow for 3 of us, the staff willingly provided and even asked if we prefer high or low pillows! I was impressed by that. Their bath towels smell very nice! Shower temperature is easy to adjust and water pressure is good. Plenty of parking space for those with cars.

As I have elderly with me, I request for ground level room and that room is situated outside their security gate, right beside the dining common space so there is slightly less privacy (can hear others talking). Our room also had just a single door knob as lock which I felt is a litltle risky given our room location. An additional lock will probably help? No laundry service available. There is an Otteri Wash & Dry 750metres away but when I walked there, there are a few dogs barking along the way so for people who are afraid of dogs, take note. Taxi driver and even Grab driver is unfamiliar with this location as it's in a small alley, be prepared to direct when they turn in from Phothisan road. There are red banner of the hotel hanging at the street light pole.

Tout était parfait et très propre . On n'est resté qu'une nuit. bien situé dans une petite rue très calme proche du lac . Je m'était trompé de date sur ma réservation, heureusement pour nous il restait une chambre de libre !

Breakfast was very poor. Ate elsewhere. Quite difficult to find.
