    FIRSTLY, I WANT TO START FROM MY WELCOMING EXPERIENCE THAT WAS TOO GOOD. THEY TOOK SO MUCH CARE OF ME AND MY LUGGAGE. THEY GAVE ME EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT FACILITIES WITHOUT ANY CHARGES (AS PER AVAILABILITY). ROOM IS SO NEAT AND CLEAN AND SO QUIET. SPECIALLY BALCONY VIEW ROOM HAVE A VERY GOOD CITY VIEW SO OF COURSE GO AHEAD. ROOM, GYM, RESTAURANT AND SWIMMING POOL EVERYTHING IS SAME AS POSTED ON DIFFERENT HOTEL BOOKING PLATFORMS. BREAKFAST WAS SO LAVISH AND LUXURY. RESTAURANT STAFF IS TO POLITE AND CALM AND VERY SUPPORTIVE AT BREAKFAST TIME. Mr. anuj, Mr. Ronal and Mr. Rohtash ARE TOO POLITE AND SUPPORTIVE PERSON ON THE RECEPTION DESK. IN HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT MR. Kamlesh IS MAINTAINING HIS DUTY SO WELL AND HE IS REALLY GOOD PERSON. OVERALL, EXPERIENCE IS TOO GOOD. GO AHEAD GUYS IF YOU WANT BEST ROOM IN BEST RATES. I FOUND 3 LITTLE NEGATIVE POINTS I DONT THINK SO ITS FOR EVERYONE BUT HERE I MENTION FROM MY POV:- 1. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ENTIRE PROPERTY 2. HOTEL HAS LITTLE BIT NETWORK ISSUE ON HIGHER FLOOR BUT THEY PROVIDE HIGH SPEED WIFI UNLUCKILY I FOUND LOW SPEED ON WIFI TOO. 3. TELEVISION IN ROOM ARE NOT A SMART TV SO IF YOU WANT TO PLAY SONG OF YOUR CHOICE THEN ITS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE YOUTUBE AND OTHER OTT APPLICATIONS ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE ON THIS TV. YOU MUST HAVE TO WATCH A PROGRAM WHICH IS RUNNING ON CHANNEL. EXCEPT THESE 3 POINT EVERYTHING IS AWESOME 🤩❤️✨. I WILL MUST CHOOSE AGAIN HOTEL GINGER. THANK YOU☺️, NISHANT AHIR
