Otoczenie domu całkiem przyjemnie sporo miejsc do siedzenia, basen nie za duży ale wystarczający. Fajne jest to, że jest głęboki, są leżaki, jest prysznic koło basenu.
W jednej sypialni nie było klimatyzacji, był co prawda wiatrak pod sufitem, ale to nie to samo. Na terenie posiadłości są dwa koty, należą do właścicielki która mieszka na piętrze domu. Koty wchodzą do domu jeśli drzwi są otwarte. Ja osobiście nie lubię kotów i mam na nie alergię, gdyby była w opisie domu informacja, że są tam koty to prawdopodobnie szukałbym innego domu.
