The terace was nice and had a great view to the sea, we had enough chairs for 6 people and we had enough shade. The grill was usefull. Outside shower. 1 AC, we always had hot water, decently equipped kitchen, big fridge with good freezer. Proximity to a few nice beaches, and to the restaurants/shops. The host was nice and friendly. We had a washing machine and detergent. Big yard to park multiple cars.
A bigger pot would have been usefull in the kitchen to boil the octopus :) Maybe more storage for clothes in one of the rooms.

The property was very clean on arrival. Water was in the fridge and beer glasses in the freezer. Working A/C was definitely a big help. There was coffee and crockery provided for the arrival which was good. The laundry section of the property as the iron was used a lot.
The TV did not work as it could not pick up any channels. The A/C did start to leak towards the end of our stay. The beds were not the comfiest either. The host could have checked in on us a bit more as we did not know how to check out. We ended up leaving the property as we found it, both keys on the inside of the property.
