The location was good and the flat was nice and spacious. The host Nagwa was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. She arranged for our airport transfer with free early check in, and also an amazing trip in the desert. She also arranged for us to leave our bags somewhere for free after check out.
We originally booked this place but the host moved us to another flat as this one had a water problem. The other flat and the building were a bit run down.

La propiedad perfecta amplia y bien ubicada Con ropa de cama como las toallas blancas Linda iluminación y perfecto nagwa fue quien nos recibió y nos acompañó en nuestra estadía minuciosamente un gran anfitriona destacamos su labor ya que solo una persona con su calidez puede tratar a nuestra familia desde dulces en la bienvenida y al momento de irnos excelente volvería y diría q ya es mi locación en el Cairo

Location according to description Space (the flat is big : 6 beds, some can be used by 2 people) Wi-fi working well Good TV Helpful hosts but reaction time could be better
Broken lift (the apartment is on the 6th floor) Lack of water for more than 24h (we were finally moved to another apartment, much better) Only one bathroom Sanitary equipment in poor shape (taps, wc bowls, shower, kitchen) The apartment is in much worse condition than on the pictures
