J’ai passé un très bon séjour au Caire.

The apartment is spacious, with one bedroom, one bathrooms, bed was comfortable m, it was spotless cleaned, we stayed only a couple of nights, got to enjoy the swimming pool and the location was ideal for us. Overall we had a nice experience at Iconia

The aircon was loud, but after a while since it’s a constant sound we fell asleep.

Everything. Laundry machine, laundry tablets. Pool. Aircons. Complimentary drinks, water and snacks.

Nothing.

I liked the building which was very clean, in a nice area. There were restaurants downstairs. The apartment was big and clean. reception was in the building. there was water and some snacks in the apartment.

The reception was supposed to be 24 hours but we could not find anyone twice during the day. We asked for extra towels and they said they will send but never came. the person at the reception during check in was not welcoming, did not show us the swimming pool area which we figured out later by ourselves. The furniture in the apartment was old, and the living room had no windows (it was a delux apartment). There were no hangers in the bathrooms, so you don't know where to put the towels after you use them. there is a kettle in the kitchen with British plug, so can not be used. We asked the reception for a converter, they said yes but again nothing came. In the pictures there is washing machine in the apartment but we did not have it, there is a laundry room on the floor. One of the rooms had no air-conditioning and the other room had a very loud one.
