Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos, propre et confortable. Pratique car place de parking sécurisée. A 5 mns en voiture du centre ville d'Aix. Hôtes agréables et très arrangeants (horaires, nombre de convives). Quartier calme et belle vue.
Il n'y a rien que nous n'ayons apprécié, mais par exemple une petite lampe d'ambiance ou encore un peu de déco dans la pièce principale serait bien car sinon ambiance un peu froide. Fonctionnel mais pas super chaleureux. Insonorisation "moyenne" notamment dans la chambre mais franchement tout à fait supportable, pas bruyant.

Súper recomendable
Todo. Es un alojamiento moderno, tenía todo tipo de detalle. Muy limpio, cómodo y tranquilo. Las camas ambas eran cómodas. Estaba muy calentito cuando llegamos. Y el dueño muy pendiente y amable a pesar de la barrera idiomática.
Lo único que diría que la televisión no tenía acceso a internet ni ninguna plataforma como Netflix, YouTube … etc

Super Appartment für einen Kurzurlaub, Zwischenstopp oder Urlaub
Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Supersauber. Sehr bequeme Betten. Schönes Appartement. Tolle Küchenausstattung. Schnelle Reaktionszeit. Schöner Ort an einem schönen See. War für uns ein Zwischenstopp, wäre auch für einen längeren Urlaub geeignet.

Très bel endroit pour profiter du Lac et de la montagne
Logement très confortable et bien équipé. Emplacement tranquille et sécurisé. Déplacement facile vers le lac et randonnées dans le massif des Bauges ou au cœur du vignoble de Savoie. Je recommanderai avec plaisir.
