La propriété est idéalement située tout près de l'hypercentre d'Aix-les-Bains, à environ 10 minutes à pied de tout commerce et de la gare d'où part le bus pour les thermes Chevalley. Le quartier est très calme, à l'écart de la circulation automobile. Le logement respire la vie de famille. Les matériaux et le mobilier sont de qualité. Attention toutefois si vous y êtes sensible : la literie est très ferme ! Seul bémol : la wifi n'est efficace que dans l'une des chambres et très faible dans le reste de l'appartement. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible, son accueil chaleureux. En somme, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous pendant ce séjour et nous y reviendrons si nos pas nous ramènent à Aix-les-Bains.

Séjour très agréable à Aix les bains grâce à cette charmante location très calme tout près du centre ville. On s’y est senti comme chez nous. Le petit jardinet est un plus pour profiter des moments ensoleillés. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et sympathique.

Nous avions envie d'un logement au plus près du centre d'Aix, pour pouvoir s'y promener et manger au restaurant sans voiture. Nous avons trouvé la location idéale. Un propriétaire débordant de sympathie, un équipement complet, une literie de qualité. Le tout parfait !

Venue pour quelques jours avec ma fille de 17 ans, j'ai été comblée par cet appartement, on s'y sent comme chez soi, il n'y manque rien. De plus, tout était parfaitement propre. La place de parking attenante est vraiment collée à l'appartement, ce qui permet un chargement/déchargement très pratique. Le centre ville est à 1 minute à pied. Il y a tout le matériel imaginable pour la cuisine, et pour toutes les autres pièces également d'ailleurs. Ayant adoré la région, je pense y retourner très bientôt avec toute la famille (hormis mon chien dommage). Yvon a été de très bon conseils pour nos randonnées, et a répondu à toutes mes questions, étant novice dans cette pratique. Bref, c'était parfait. Merci encore Yvon.

L'accueil par Yvon a été hyper sympa. Particulièrement apprécié pour notre première sortie après confinement ! L'appartement a beaucoup de charme, entre ancien et modernité. Belle décoration. Très fonctionnel, il est parfaitement situé soit pour se balader dans Aix à pied, soit pour découvrir la région en voiture. Le plus incontestable : la terrasse ! Au soleil le matin jusqu'en début d'après-midi.
