Rosetta Lovely House - Pantheon - Roma

The apartment was quiet and comfortable and the air conditioning was particularly welcome during a hot summer stay. The location was amazing, so central that we could pop back in to use the toilet and cool down between outings on foot. Having a full fridge and ability to cook was helpful for a party of people with food allergies, and multiple grocery stores were available within a few minutes of walking.

Nothing, the apartment was great! It was slightly challenging having only one key when our party split up to do different outings, but that's normal for this type of rental. The stairs had to be taken into account when going in and out, but the stairwell itself was beautiful!

A great find. Perfectly positioned near the Parthenon. Easy to walk or catch a bus to all the sites. More than comfortable for our family of 4 with the kids on the sleeper couch. Smart TV, great aircon, beds were comfy, big shower, small kitchen but adequate. Lots of restaurants nearby and Barbara was very responsive and gave us some good suggestions.

Apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift so it’s a bit of a walk but I’m sure it’s the same for most apartments in Rome!

La comodidad de las camas

La ubicación, inmejorable. La comunicación con la hospedadora muy buena, fue muy amable y respondió muy muy rápido a nuestras dudas.

La limpieza: la ducha tenía muchísimo moho, fuimos con un bebé de un año y no nos atrevimos a bañarlo en la ducha por las cantidad de moho que había. El espejo del baño tenía salpicaduras de pata de dientes, la cocina estaba bastante sucia (para usar cualquier cosa de la vajilla habría que lavarlo bien antes)… El armario no pudimos usarlo porque estaba lleno de sacos con ¿ropa sucia? (no los abrimos para ver qué era, al tacto parecían sábanas y toallas de estancias anteriores). Poco cuidado al huésped: nos dejaron UN rollo de papel higiénico para 2 personas/4 noches; evidentemente tuvimos que comprar nosotros. Gel tampoco había casi, lavavajillas tampoco… sé que es un apartamento y no un hotel, pero hay unos mínimos que se espera tener. El aire acondicionado: tuvimos que ponerlo a 30 grados toda la noche y aún así no calentaba casi nada. Pasamos bastante frío. Es un tercero sin ascensor: un 3º parece manejable pero las escaleras son más altas de lo normal asi que era horrible. Los enchufes: varios enchufes no funcionaban, al final conseguimos cargar los móviles desenchufando una lámpara, pero un enchufe accesible y que funcione me parece lo mínimo…
