Spacious clean and well located

The property was so spacious and cosy and comfortable! It was like a home from home. The bedroom was massive and bed and pillows were so comfortable. Loved the walk in wardrobe!!😊… the kitchen was well equipped with EVERYTHING you could ever need. 10/10!!! Location was perfect 👌🏻

WiFi dropped a bit for watching tv but we never watch telly anyway.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit neuwertiger Einrichtung in perfekter Lage. Sehr gut hat uns besonders der große Balkon in ruhiger Lage mit Essplatz und gemütlicher Sitzgruppe gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Lorenzo war hervorragend. Wir waren über 2 Wochen in der Wohnung und beabsichtigen in den nächsten 3-4 Jahren wiederzukommen.

Exceptional location with seamless hosting. The apartment is well-equipped and functional, boasting a reliable Wi-Fi connection and an impressive terrace. Lorenzo is a highly responsive host, providing excellent support via WhatsApp. The digital key system makes check-in effortless, though the simple decoration is a minor note compared to the fantastic central positioning.

As very frequent Rome visitors (several visits per year for professional and personal reasons), we found this apartment to be the loudest we’ve experienced in the city center. Despite double-glazed windows, the 24/7 noise from the bus stop directly below and the cobblestones on Corso del Rinascimento is pervasive from 5:00 AM onwards. If you are a light sleeper, look elsewhere or bring industrial earplugs. The bathroom could use some attention, specifically sticking shower doors. Movement detectors can be intrusive during the night. Accessibility (though we were not concerned) : with no elevator and a steep, circular staircase, it is unsuitable for heavy luggage or those with limited mobility. Ambiance: The corridor leading to the appartment was poorly maintained and had an unpleasant odor.
