NEA Deluxe Apart-Hotel

I was very happy with this property I booked an extra day! The location was excellent so there was no need to take taxi, the area was full of restaurants and bars, markets around the corner, also there was a hairdressers across the road which was very convenient to start your day with a fresh blow dry. The place was clean spotless like no other apartment I have been on. They always asked if we need anything, offered complete room cleaning daily if needed, they also offered lots of information and restaurant recommendations! The people were just amazing to speak to, I have so many experiences previously that people see this strictly business and don’t care to accommodate you and for me it was very important how accommodating this people are and truly care about the customer!

The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and perfectly fine for a stay. The host also eventually cooperated with us and cancelled the booking for the remaining night, which we appreciated.

We specifically booked this accommodation because it was listed as having private parking, which was very important to us. We indicated immediately when making the booking that we needed a parking space, and this was confirmed by the host. We were told that we could simply drive to the parking area and speak to the security guard. However, when we arrived, the security guard told us: “I already told her that I don’t have a space.” We then found out that this was not actually private parking belonging to the accommodation, but a paid parking space provided by a third party. As no space was available, we had to park elsewhere and take a taxi to the accommodation. If parking is important to you, I would not rely on the “private parking” listed for this property.
