The apartment is on the top floor with no elevator, which I knew in advance and didn’t mind. I’m only mentioning it for visibility in case it’s important to other guests

Prachtig appartement in het centrum van Tirana. Super mooi uitzicht, top! Fijne, snelle communicatie met de verhuurder. Aanrader!

The location was very central and good. The apartment was ok.
The location was very filthy. Dirty toilet brush, dusty on the rails in the kitchen and the stove was filthy and sticky.
A wet floor mob was still standing around and smelled.
There is no elevator in the building. So expect to walk some stairs. Definitely not for people who have difficulty walking.
